Firstly, I want to express my sincere appreciation for the terrific customer service! Initially, I ordered a grey one but later realized I would prefer it in black. The representatives were fantastic in facilitating the exchange process. The follow-up and correspondence were excellent. The headband is comfortable to wear, although I haven't had the chance to test it in cold weather yet. I will update my review regarding its performance in colder conditions as soon as possible. However, based on its quality, softness, and craftsmanship, I anticipate it will live up to my five-star rating. I will certainly order from this company again in the future.
